Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for a new tenant since our current flatmate is leaving after 2 years.

As we really like the apartment, we have decided to keep it and find a replacement.

- Room: Big room with ensuite bathroom and balcony (10 sqm balcony).

- Apartment: Shared living room and kitchen (open space). I share the other bathroom with my flatmate. The apartment also has 1 more balcony in the living room and 1 very big private terrace accessible from the kitchen. The washing machine is not in the kitchen.

- Amenities: Together with the apartment you will have access to gym, private cinema and spa (sauna, steaming room, etc ...).

- About us: We are 2 friendly and chill guys, each with his own group of friends which often times mix together. We both work a lot but we always find some time for relaxing on weekends. I work mostly from the office while my flatmate usually works from home on a Monday-Wednesday basis (everyone works in his own room). We are both Italian, but any nationality is welcome.

- About you: We are looking for someone who can fit in well with us. So if you are an independent, chill, friendly smart and respectful person we are a match.

- General notes: The apartment will be free from the end of the April 2024, but we do have some flexibility. We are ideally looking for a male, but we are flexible also on that. The apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher. It is located at the 7th floor and has a 180° view which stratches from over the City, Tower Bridge, the Shard to Canary Warf.

Overground, Wapping station: 5 mins walk

Overground and DLR, Shadwell station: 3 mins walk (1 stop from Bank and 3 from Canary Wharf)

15 mins walk from Tower Hill

Santander bikes station just in front of the building, 10 minutes cycle from Bank.
