We are a gay couple - and you'll be sharing the flat in a housemate-type arrangement with myself (Desmond) and my husband (Simon).

Bright, airy room with floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light and skyline vista.

Main bathroom with large bath, mirror, shelves and heated towel rack is just across the hall.
(We have our own ensuite in our bedroom, so the main bathroom is yours most of the time).

The rest of the flat, which is shared with us, the owners has a combined kitchen/diner/living room. Kitchen has a microwave, electric cook top, dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. There's also a separate utility room with combined washer-dryer.

There's a balcony for amazing sunsets - especially as summer approaches. The apartment building has a secure indoor bike storage facility on the ground floor - and a communal ground level garden for residents only - no public access.

We will also consider short lets of less than six months, but with a higher per-month price.

We are looking for a friendly, calm and considerate housemate. As we both work from home on irregular schedules, we are only considering potential housemates who do not work from home most of the time, and prefer housemates who do actually work in an office. The flat is perfectly located for ease of transport to and from central London.

This is not a party house, but it suits someone who likes a friendly, pleasant and respectful household and atmosphere, where we can socialise but also give each other space.
