The current tenants are 2 males and 1 female.

The house has 2 modern shower rooms with WCs that are for shared use between the 4 tenants. One large shower room with a rainfall shower head and a directional head, and one smaller shower room with electric shower, toilet and sink.

We do have a minimum term of 6 months. After that it extends automatically month by month until you are ready to move on.

Bills are included, up to the average usage for a 3 bedroom house per month. The landlord may charge for extra usage beyond a reasonable average usage as bills are very expensive. Any TV license required is the tenant's responsibility.
