- The dining table is capable for 6 guests and can be also used as a comfortable working deck;

- A lovely bedroom is classic with king size bed, plush pillows and crisp sheets for your perfect sleeping time;
- The flat has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators;
- In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub, fluffy towels and toiletries;
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before your arrival.
Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guest comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in entirety.

Area

Please note that that additional linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 gbp.
