Hello, We (Chris, Aman and Lee) have one single room available from 8th October. IIt is the perfect room for a student or young profeessional looking for a room or anyone travelling to London.

About us:
Aman (31) is from Ireland, works in property management and is into sports. Lee (36) is from Australia, works in real estate and loves cooking and I (Christopher, 25, from Germany) work as an artist.

Although we have our own busy schedules we enjoy each other’s company and like to do things together, like going out for a drink or watching a movie together. We are all clean, responsible and considerate people. We like to keep the house clean but we are definitely easy-going people.

About the location:
The location is quiet, safe and very central. In the area you'll find coffee shops, food stores, bars and restaurants. In other words, you'll find everything you need within minutes.
There are two underground stations near the house you can easily reach on foot: Caledonian Road (4min walk, Piccadilly Line) and Highbury & Islington (10min walk, Victoria Line). There are also many bus stops near the house with connections to KingsCross, Barbican, Holborn etc. The Overground Station Caledonian Road & Barnsbury is also only 5minutes away.

About the house:
The house has a big kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.). We also have a storage room and the living room is also quite big and very comfortable. There are two bathrooms and we also have a little garden. We also have a cleaner who comes every week to clean the whole house.
