The house is situated in a quiet, residential area. It is a 5-7min walk to Southgate tube station which is on the Piccadilly line (20mins to Kings Cross). Night tube is also running on Friday and Saturday nights every weekend. There are also many bus links to local areas such as Enfield Town, Winchmore Hill and Wood Green running every 5-10mins.

The area has a 24hr Asda, M&S Food hall and Tesco Express within walking distance. In addition to this, there are many lovely restaurants, pubs and coffee shops along the high street and in the surrounding area. There is a gym and a leisure centre both located within 5 minutes of the house. There is also a large scenic local park with tennis courts situated nearby.

The current housemates are young professionals who enjoy watching TV/movies, going to the gym, going for dinner and wine :)
We are looking for someone who is sociable and
friendly, as this is a home rather than house-share but who is also happy to respect others' privacy.

Bills are approximately 100 pounds per month and this includes everything; Council tax, electricity, gas, water, tv license and broadband.
