The living space is to the right and there is also a useful under stairs cupboard, great for storing bits such as your hoover. The room is light and welcoming - a great start!

A small flight of stairs to the right of the room leads to the double bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is light and fresh with a casement window overlooking the back of the property.

The contemporary fittings include a bath with a thermostatic shower over and a glass folding screen, a close coupled WC and a pedestal wash basin all in crisp white. There is also a chrome heated towel rail and brick shaped tiles in a fresh sea green adorn the walls around the bath. Lovely!

The double bedroom is a good size and has a quirkiness to it with slightly vaulted ceilings and a not quite square shape! Brilliant!

Peach Thoughts: A fantastic apartment. Like a little house really and so sweet! We think this is the perfect singleton’s pad. The location is brilliant, just pop to the end of the lane and grab your morning coffee and paper. There is also nothing better than a brand newly renovated space with lovely crisp modern fittings and snug warm central heating! Bliss! What do you think?
