There are 7 bedrooms in total - 3 double en-suites, 3 doubles and a single, with a communal bathroom and downstairs WC, shared living room and huge fully equipped kitchen come dining room.

We offer great, comfortable short term lets with beds for up to 13 people.

Equidistant to London & Birmingham

The kitchen provides full cooking facilities, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave along with all cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Guests are also allowed use of the washing machine (all at no cost) and airers are provided.

We are available to guests 24/7 for their requirements, but not living on site we offer our guests a peaceful stay. We are warm and welcome people, offering a home away from home.

Cleaners attend at least once a week as well as before and after every stay.

Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided and kept in the bathrooms. If you prefer to use your own products, please leave them in your room after use.

Bedding and towels are provided.

We have a few basic house rules that we respectfully ask to be adhered to:

- shoes are to be removed on entry to the building.
- No smoking inside at any time
- For the benefit of all our guests we operate are no parties policy.
- Our aim is to replicate what you have at home - you are welcome to make full use of the fridge and freezer and all kitchen additions during your stay. All food and drink in the kitchen is for the use of all guests, unless it is clearly labelled.
- Please ensure towels are hung to dry rather than left in a pile.
- When drying clothes please open a window to allow ventilation and prevent condensation.
