Bus Services - The regional mainline bus route from Wrexham to Chester is ¼ mile away on Grosvenor Street. Services on a 'clear route' will take approximately 30 minutes to Wrexham, 10 mins to the Business Park and 5 Minutes to the station with busses travelling in both directions every 12 mins during office hours. Busses are relatively modern offering wi-fi hotspots plus phone and laptop charging points.

There are also services to Broughton, Mold & the North Wales Coast close by. The main bus terminal is a 15 minute slow walk across town and offers services to all local villages and larger regional towns like Liverpool.

Motorway - There is easy access to the A483, A55 and the M53, M56 and onto the M6. Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, North Wales and The Wirral can all be reached easily via these connections.

Train Station - Final stop on the No. 1 bus route from the City. Chester train station offers main line connections into North Wales, the North West, & beyond. Chester to London Euston approx 2 hours 10 mins.

From the office: Look opposite the office for a little cobbled street - St. Olave Street and approximately half way up Theadore House can be found on your right hand side.

Parking
The current tenant or agent may be parked in the allocated space. I recommend arriving slightly earlier and parking safely in a 30 minute bay on Lower Bridge Street. Please note the time you park up and be sure not to exceed your time allocation as Temples cannot be held responsible for you getting a car parking ticket. & be careful to park leaving a gap from the kerb, park within the white lines, bumpers not overhanging the line, tax in date and get out with your left leg first or the local hitmen I mean traffic wardens will be only to pleased to give you a nice 'welcome to Chester' present.
