The premises are an industrial unit and are constructed around a clear span steel portal frame with low level blockwork surmounted by insulated profile sheet cladding to the upper walls and roof. The roof was pitched and incorporated translucent light panels enabling natural light into the workshop. Lighting in the workshop was LED. There were 2 access roller shutters leading direct into the external yard area. The premises has an eaves height of 6.05m rising to 8.10m at the apex.

The premises had its own dedicated office accommodation at ground and first floor level. These were decorated with carpet tile flooring, painted walls, suspended ceilings and a mixture of LED light panels and fluorescent tube.
