Proposal

Tenure
A new Lease is available at a commencing annual rental of £10,000 plus VAT for a maximum term of 2 years outside the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The lease is subject to a service charge.

Service Charge
The estimated service charge for the current year is £11,000 which is payable in addition to the annual rental subject to annual review. We understand the service charge is inclusive of electricity costs.
