Tatlingbury Barn comprises a complex of three distinct but interconnected buildings; a Grade II listed Kent Barn, with later extension, and a more modern steel framed unit with trussed roof incorporating sky lights.

Central to the complex is the main area of the Kent Barn, from which all other areas can be accessed. It comprises a Grade II listed timber-framed barn, with concrete floor and a large roller-shutter door. There is a useful mezzanine area to part, and a further storage area situated under the catslide roof, with two pedestrian access doors.

There is a single phase electrical supply and new LED lighting has been installed throughout.

The new barn store provides a larger storage/workshop area and a small office/ staff area and cloakroom/WC. There is a roller-shutter door and pedestrian door and sloped access into the Kent Barn. New LED lighting has been installed throughout.

The extension provides a self-contained, single-storey, timber-framed area with kitchenette and WC. The area is considered suitable to a number of uses ancillary to the main buildings including offices/showroom or workshop.

Externally there are two large parking / service areas.
