The Pier celebrated a record-breaking 2022, with the world-famous landmark welcoming 412,300 visitors being the highest recorded number in a single year!

Hours Of Trading

Access and hours of trading are subject to restrictions. Current Pier opening is 10.15AM -8PM. However, access and egress to the premises is subject to seasonal change and at the Head of Resort Services reasonable discretion.

Tenure

It is proposed to offer an initial 5 year lease term, excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. Landlord to be responsible for maintenance, decoration & repair of the premises internal and external (excluding chattels) subject to tenant paying reasonable service charge.

Business Rates

Interested parties should make their own enquiries and satisfy themselves as to any liability payable.

Premises Licence

Any interested party/tenant would need to submit an application.

Equipment

Landlords fixtures & fittings to be confirmed by way of formal inventory.

Services

Supplies of electricity & water are provided (no supply of gas). The consumption of these and obtaining all required statutory certification will be recoverable under service charge.
