The work premises available for rent in Bensham Grove, CR7 is a spacious and modern facility that is perfect for businesses of all sizes. The building is in a prime location, with easy access to major roads and public transportation.

Include the following within the monthly license:

•24hr access to your Office
• CCTV Cameras throughout the building in communal areas only
•Access/Use of a Kitchen and Toilets
•3 x Black Bin Bags of Rubbish
•5% Monthly Service Charge

The office doesn't include the cost of Electricity, this will need to be paid on the pre-paid meter located in the office. It's provided unfurnished, without wi-fi and telephone lines. We may be able to provide some chairs and desks but this is on a first come first serve basis. Currently, we are providing complimentary heating but this can be withdrawn at any time.

There are limited parking spaces available for a monthly cost of £100. This will need to be paid on the 1st of every month along with your license payment. Alternatively, there is free parking on the surrounding roads.

There is a minimum contract of 6 months on all offices and a compulsory 2 months security deposit, and 1 month's license payment in advance. All license payments must be paid on the 1st of every month.
