Description

The Self-Storage site has its own keypad operated security gate with access 7:00am to 7:00pm, 365 days of the year. Brand new containers each provided with a high security padlock free of charge. The whole site has monitored cctv.

The new, clean. Dry containers are available for short or long term rental. All licence agreements and rental payments are managed directly through the customer's own log-in.

Terms

Rental - 20ft containers - First two months at reduced rate of £24 per week (inc VAT) increasing to £48 per week (inc VAT) from month three. Rent to be charged monthly in advance.

Deposit - two weeks deposit, paid in advance

Departure - 14 days notice to leave required

We do not allow the following to be stored: Explosives/flammable items, food or other perishable goods, damp or wet goods, animals, plants, anything that could leak oil and damage or stain the container.


VAT


VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
