Payment information:

VAT is applied to all costs and prices are fixed for 12 months thereafter they are increased only by rpi or 5% max at the anniversary.

You will be responsible for the business rates for your units, however, as each unit falls below the rates threshold for a “small business” there will be no rates to pay if your organisation is eligible for business rates relief which from what you’ve told me, you should be .

Telecom & Fibre leased line or Wi-Fi:

If required, our partners, Comm Tech, will provide the internet for you which starts at £35 per month + VAT for up to 3 permanent users and £5 per head for users thereafter. We have fttc fibre connections so the speeds are very high.

Telephones can be rented if required on a monthly basis for £25 per month per hand set if you need them. This includes the line and the rental of handset and equipment (latest sophisticated Voip phones) one of the main advantages is that should you move either internally or to another building in the UK or abroad, you can literally unplug your phones and plug them in at your new location and be up and running in minutes. We can also provide you with non-geographic telephone numbers for any city, both internationally and nationally.
