Eat Work Art provides independent workspace for creative businesses, aiming to bring like-minded individuals together, championing innovation and collaboration. From architects and designers, to stylists, fashion designers, photographers, publishers, music producers, videographers to animators. We carefully curate the mix of residents and retail businesses on site to enable the creative community to thrive.

Our studios are fully adaptable and customisable, and can be tailored to your needs via versatile design and additional features. We want our spaces to adapt and change with the people within them.

Our workspaces are complemented by on-site offerings from wellness centres and independent stores, to markets, galleries, rooftop bars, florists and cafes.

Netil House belongs to a community of creative leaders driving culture. At the heart of the E8 neighbourhood and moments from Broadway Market, on-site spaces include iconic rooftop Netil360, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Our private studios / creative offices range form 108 sq.ft to 2080 large premium spaces, all complemented by well-appointed communal kitchens and social areas.

About netil house

Netil House has been at the heart of Hackney's creative landscape since it opened in 2009. Adjacent to London Fields, the iconic 60s building is now home to over 100 studios, varying in size and accommodating designers, architects, artists, musicians and other creative practitioners.

The unique working environment at Netil House offers an inspirational place to work, network and socialise. With its own famous roof terrace Netil360 to utilise, there is also an abundance of close-by shops, restaurants, bars and markets, providing the perfect setting for those looking for more than just a workspace.
