Business park to let in Princes Avenue, Llandrindod Wells LD1

Work to restore a grade II* listed former bicycle and car showroom; the oldest in Wales; and bring it back into use as a business centre has been completed.
A total of £3.1 million has been spent on buying and refurbishing the Art Nouveau and Art Deco style Automobile Palace in the centre of Llandrindod Wells, after Powys County Council secured £1.585 million in funding from the Welsh Government and £550,000 from the UK Government.
We will now proceed with letting the 8 available business units in the building.

Unit sizes, guide rents and service charge percentages are included in the pictures.

Business rates, utilities and trade waste are not included in the rental/service charge figures.
The planning use classes on the building are A1 Shops, A2 Financial & Professional Services, A3 Food & Drinks and B1 Business.
The business units are leased for business purposes only and cannot be used for domestic hobby or storage.

Mae cyfanswm o £3.1 miliwn wedi'i wario ar brynu ac adnewyddu adeilad dull Art Nouveau ac Art Deco yr Automobile Palace yng nghanol Llandrindod, ar ôl i Gyngor Sir Powys sicrhau £1.585 miliwn o gyllid gan Lywodraeth Cymru a £550,000 gan Lywodraeth y du. Byddwn nawr yn bwrw ymlaen â gosod yr 8 uned fusnes sydd ar gael yn yr adeilad. Dyma fanylion maint yr unedau, cost y rhenti a chanrannau tâl gwasanaeth:
