Live in a truly unique setting with the chance to run your own business from home. This impressive detached villa sits right in front of the La Pedrera reservoir, on a plot of 13,700 m2, with a 320 m2 house that enjoys outstanding views over the water. Spread over two floors, the interior is both spacious and characterful, featuring two living rooms with fireplaces, one of them an enormous 85 m2 space, a kitchen with an island, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. There is also a solarium and a large porch looking out over the orange trees, plus a big terrace with a barbecue and a 15 x 7 m pool, all facing the lake. The top floor offers the possibility of extending the house further. The interior design was created by internationally recognised Philip Pelleter, whose work appears in the book Interior Design Review. The property is sold fully furnished with antique pieces and Indian doors, adding to its one-of-a-kind appeal.
