The big plus of this residence is the lovely outdoor pool with sun terrace, west-facing of course! This is on the same level as the apartment so no need to go wandering around the residence in your towel, it's just down the corridor.
The apartment is on the 8th floor which can be accessed by stairs or by the lifts.
The ski lockers are at road level and the locker for this apartment is opposite the door so you are straight out ready for the ski day.
Ski access
There is a track opposite which leads to the free chairlift (Jardin Alpin) and from there you are a mini ski down to the Transarc, Vagère and Dahu lifts. The ski schools are also located here. 200m from the main door of the residence.
Arc 1800 has some fabulous bars and restaurants as well ski shops and mini supermarkets; everything you need for a successful skiing trip.
There is the resort aquatic centre and tobogganing for après fun or for non-skiers.
Fancy some legendary après-ski? La Folie Douce is located just above Arc 1800, a short ski down to the snow front and you're home in minutes.
If you wanted to visit the Nordic centre in Peisey Nancroix, the shuttle bus stops at the end of the road a hundred metres away.
Summer living
Arc 1800 is a bustling summer resort too (albeit not as busy as winter); mountain biking, hiking and even golfing are on the agenda. When the resort properly opens up in July and August, there are some fantastic activities for all ages.
Access
Approximately 21⁄2-3 hours from Geneva or Lyon airports by car.
With the tgv station in Bourg Saint Maurice, you can catch the funicular and then shuttle bus to the residence without having to even bring a car. There is on-street parking next to the residence however so all the skis and boots can come with you. A short walk to the lift and you're chez vous in the mountains!

The charges are about 400€/trimestre and the residence is incredibly well-maintained.
