The entire outdoor area is well maintained and landscaped in a typical modest Mediterranean style, with nature stone walls, terrace corners and island typical plants like bougainvillea, pomegranate, carob, olive and orange trees. A wide entrance staircase with deep steps leads from the spacious parking to the property.
