The cottage was built in the late-1700s from traditional Abaco pine, while Java House was constructed in native limestone in the mid-1800s. These two buildings are complimented by Java Hut, a self-contained cottage built in 2012.

The property, which sleeps up to 17 guests, is perfectly situated seconds from the shops and restaurants of Dunmore Town, and minutes from the island's peaceful bay and pink sand beach.

Java contains five bedrooms and sleeps up to nine guests. The modern kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you'll need during your stay, leads out to an open plan drawing room, a dining room and an outdoor bar and seating area. A top floor viewing deck offers stunning views of the bay, while downstairs you'll find a cinema room, along with a games room and pool table. The pool pavilion offers an additional kitchen, bar and outdoor dining space.

Java Cottage contains three bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests. The kitchen is connected to a sitting room and dining area, which opens out onto a deck and alfresco dining space. Atop the building is the crow's nest, which offers incredible views of the island. In a separate building, The Hut contains a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an open plan kitchenette living area. The pool pavilion offers an additional kitchen, bar and outdoor dining space.
