Description of the buildings
The villa (435 sqm – 4,681 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) is a large stone and masonry building, with a typical Tuscan appearance and partially plastered. Inside, it was decided to maintain wherever possible the distinctive features of the structure, while adding modern elements and comforts suitable for accommodation. At the same time all the under-floor systems (plumbing, electrical and lighting) have been completely redone and a 12.2-kWh photovoltaic system has been added, which provides for much of the property’s electrical needs.
