The Palacete Masaveu is the last building of its kind available in the centre of Oviedo. Juan Miguel de la Guardia who is considered the urbanistic father of modern Oviedo was commissioned by Pedro Masaveu in 1902 to build this building. It was later acquired by its current owners.
