This terrace is connected to the higher one, which accommodates the sunbeds zone. The heart and the entrance hall of the villa is the open air cinema under the bamboo roof. One can relax in a comfy concrete sofa watching a 7 on 3 meters screen projection. The room has acoustic design of the roof and wall surfaces, which enhance the sound quality and reduce the noise to the neighbors.

Main material of the villa is concrete, being traditionally gray in the exterior and warm sand color in the interior. The rooftop canopy is assembled from three bamboo leaves with gorgeous bamboo weaving structure. Interiors use natural reclaimed Ulin wood as the main decorative material, combined with sleek and simple design.

of its own culture. It has around 30 000 residents and about 3 million tourists visit every year.

Our location is close to central to offer all of the amenities of city living, but still slightly removed

so you get the feeling of your own slice of paradise.
