Perivolia is an inland village in Chania, Crete. Perivolia is at an altitude of 60 meters and its permanent population is more than 3.000 residents. The area is very friendly with good climate and the village itself is located only 4,5km from the city center of Chania. It provides the option for a peaceful stay away from the bustle of the townand the lively seaside resorts. Nevertheless, it offers fast access within a 5 to 10 minute drite to the nearest sandy beaches and public transport is very frequent. There are also some archeological sights located near Perivolia including the Settlement of Aerinos and the Settlement of Louchi.
