Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small town in the east of Mallorca. Originally named Bellver after James I of Aragon reconquered the island, the town takes its name from an altar dedicated to Saint Lawrence. Once a destination for pilgrims, this quaint Spanish town has retained a lot of its Medieval charm, and is home to a wide variety of typically Spanish shops, cafes and bars.
