You will access the property from a quiet, sandy lane. Arrival is via golf cart to the house with an electric sliding gate.

Wide, stone steps lead up to the first floor and the main entrance. Double glass doors open to the beautiful double height open plan living room and dining area. The space is bright and light. There is a wonderful contrast between the interiors and the colours of the ocean beyond.

Tall hurricane impact glass doors and windows provide spectacular uninterrupted ocean and beach views. There are fabulous covered terraces and decking.

La Palmeraie Villa 2 is in a spectacular setting. From the living room is an excellent fully fitted kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel finishes. It offers built-in appliances. This magnificent suite has some of the best beach views on Harbour Island. It enjoys a triple aspect, 180-degree ocean view from north to south along the beach. It also has a large private balcony. There are also two further bedroom suites with balconies facing inland towards the sunset.

A spiral staircase leads up to a 1,500sq ft rooftop deck. This has a 365-degree vista over the island, back toward Eleuthera and along the beach.
