Description of the buildings
The villa (200 sqm – 2,152 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is on two floors, both accessible directly from the outside. On the lower floor one enters through a large window that opens onto a bright living room with dining area and kitchen. Continuing inside the house, one goes to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms (all with exit to the outdoor terrace) with private bathrooms. At the back, a door leads to the technical room where the villa's systems are located.
Going up to the second floor, one comes to a large living room with exit to the upper terrace that runs around the building. This very bright room is then connected to the fourth bedroom and bathroom located immediately at the top of the stairs.

Exteriors
