All patio doors and windows are of high-quality white anodized aluminum, utilizing rabel thermal systems, with double glazing and slight tinting on the glass, for temperature, natural light, and acoustic performance.

All internal walls are of 10,20,30cm thick red hollow brick construction, plastered, with spatula and high-quality emulsion paint.

All main interior areas will feature gypsum- board ceilings in exquisite designs. Concealed lighting exists in all areas of ceilings.
