Description of the building
The property is made up of several poderi including tens of buildings for a total of 18,000 sqm (193,680 sqft). The majority of the buildings are currently abandoned, with varying degrees of damage, and need recovery, consolidation and/or renovation.

The 17th-century manor villa (approx. 923 sqm on three floors, 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms) has been carefully and masterfully restored and is currently used as an accommodation business.
