Connected to the entrance hall is the striking teak dining room, and between the dining room and the living room there is a smaller lounge with TV and access to a covered terrace. From the dining room you can access through a large kitchen, which has all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a breakfast bar and a small adjacent terrace with table and chairs for breakfast outdoors.

Above, the villa has the same character. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor; two double bedrooms and a bedroom for children with three small single beds and a cot. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is only 8km from neighbouring Alcudia to the south. The beautiful bay of Pollensa is in the very north of Mallorca. It is protected in the north by the stunning Formentor peninsula and in the south by a similar rocky formation leading to Cap des Pinar. It has a beautiful sandy beach, beautiful scenery and fine tourist infrastructure. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants around the bay and the main square at Plaça Miguel Capllonch and many of the streets in the north of the town.

Pollenca sits in the north eastern corner of the island, close to Formentor and Alcudia. The charming old town of Pollenca is made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings. Cafe life is the rule here; if you want to join in, we recommend visiting on a Sunday morning when Plaça Major is filled with market stalls and is a great place to sit and people watch. Pollenca is a gastronomic delight with café´s bars restaurants and shops.
