State and finishes
The medieval tower at the center of the building is the original and most ancient core of the property, around which the whole complex subsequently developed. The owners lived for several years in Southern America, United States, China and Rome and after many years of work have found this ruin with a wonderful view over the surrounding valleys and forests, a place considered by many a heavenly location. The property has been finely restored and renovated, carefully preserving the original historic features of the building, such as original terracotta floors and wooden beams. Particularly noteworthy are the rooms of the old cellars, finely preserved in their original shape, with visible stone walls and ancient terracotta floors.
The medieval tower, finely restored and nowadays housing a nice panoramic bedroom, can be reached via a newly-realized staircase anchored inside a second tower purposely built to grant an easier access to the old tower.
The whole property is secured by an alarm system while a photovoltaic system (up to 30 kWh) provides all the electric energy needed.

Exteriors
The property is made up of roughly 3.0 hectares of land, mainly covered by a well-maintained flowered garden dotted by fruit trees and fitted with an irrigation system. Not far from the buildings is located the beautiful 15 x 6 m Infinity swimming pool with paved solarium and dressing room.

Use and potential uses
The property, thanks to the many bedrooms available, could be used as both a private luxury home and an accommodation business. The latter option is made easier by the presence of a swimming pool and the vicinity to many of the most known and interesting towns of Umbria and Lazio. What’s more, the apartment in the guesthouse or the one currently used by the keepers could be inhabited by the owners as a private residence while renting out the other bedrooms in the property.
