The underground basement is really fascinating: There is the main cellar with a brick vault, that could be uses for entertaining friends, from which you can access, down steps, a wonderful round cellar completely dug into the tufa stone. This is a real work of art, ideal for the conservation of the finest wines.
There is another independent building where there are two large garages which would be convenient as a storage room or a diy. In addition to the buildings and the garden the property also includes about one hectare of agricultural land which is currently unused. Here you could create a park, a vegetable garden or simply a green lawn.
The building is located in a private position in the hills, in a small village. Access is via a private road leading to gate at the front the property.
The property is in the heart of the "Monferrato degli Infernot" area, which was designated a unesco world heritage site in 2014. It is about 20 minutes by car from Casale Monferrato and 40 minutes from Asti and Alessandria. It is therefore in a favourable position to quickly reach the motorways for Torino, Milano and Genova, all of which are approximately one hundred kilometres away.
