The property is made up of 3 buildings for a total of 1,200 sqm.

The main farmhouse is split between two floors, but it is also divided internally into two sections:

- Ground floor entrance hall, living room with vaults, kitchen, tavern, dining room with fireplace, cellar, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The other section is made up of a studio, a bathroom and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
