Located in a lovely and typical Portuguese village only ten minutes from Sao Martinho do Porto, 12 minutes away from Alcobaca and 20 minutes from Caldas da Rainha. Both are busy towns with banks, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues and all other amenities and services you would expect from good sized and busy towns.
Close to all transportation links leading both north and south. There is a bus service and there is a train station in Caldas da Rainha and Sao Martinho do Porto.
Sao Martinho do Porto is the closest beach. It is a beach that is safe for families as the bay is wrapped and enclosed by arms that lead down to the water. The town of Sao Martinho surrounds the bay, has a lovely boardwalk that is lined with shops, cafes, restaurants where you can sit and wile away the time looking out over the beach and absorbing the atmosphere.
Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are less than an hour away

A door off to the right leads to a utility room where there is a space for a washing machine and a dryer.
The living room is large, has beautiful vaulted ceilings lined with wonderful stained wood and beams. There are five sets of patio doors that flood this are with natural light and all lead to the outside terraces and garden. There is a feature fireplace that has been fitted with a pellet burner ensuring maximum efficiency and heat to this area.
The first bedroom that is off the main hallway has wooden floors, built in wardrobes, patio doors that lead out to the front terrace and a heating⁄air conditioning unit. Again the room has the lovely vaulted ceilings.
The second bedroom is used as an office. There are wooden floors, built in wardrobes and patio doors that lead to the rear garden.

The swimming pool to the rear is simply beautiful and surrounded by the wonderful countryside, amazing and far reaching valley views and swooping swallows, eagles and even a friendly owl, is a fabulous place to sit, soak up the sunshine and revel in the peace and quiet of this blissful area.
There is a green and lush lawn that is separated from the valley with a rustic fence that leaves the views open to enjoy with no obstruction. There is a lovely maintenance free section of the garden that is filled with wonderful succulents and easy to maintain plants and shrubs that blends seamlessly into the countryside. In this area also are the solar panels that provide solar heat for the hot water.
