Easily reached by car, the Agriturismo allows visiting the most notable centers of Sardinia in less than two hours (Sassari, Porto Torres, Castelsardo, Olbia, San Teodoro, Porto Cervo…).

Description of the buildings
The resort (427 sqm – 4,594 sqft) can be seen as split into three independent wings. At the center of the building are the reception for the guests, offices for the staff, a laundry with a storage room and the professional kitchen with bathroom for the staff. At each side are the rooms for the guests, consisting of ten studio apartments with private bathroom. Attached to the building is a spacious veranda (246 sqm – 2,647 sqft), ideal for pleasant outdoor moments and currently used as a breakfast room for the guests. Right next to it is a covered BBQ area (57 sqm – 613 sqft).
The agriturismo was built between 2006 and 2008. The main building lies on a single floor, with ample rooms decorated with local stones, and offers warm and welcoming bedrooms in a classical style featuring modern comforts.

Guesthouse A (92 sqm – 990 sqft) includes three cozy apartments, all identical to each other, made up of living area with cooking corner, double bedroom and bathroom.
Guesthouse B (92 sqm – 990 sqft) includes three apartments as well, all identical to each other, made up of living area with cooking corner, double bedroom and bathroom.

Exteriors
The property, perfectly blended with the surrounding landscape, is immersed in the countryside and is surrounded by approximately 7.0 hectares of land (17.3 acres).
Outside, the property is embellished by a well-maintained 2,000-sqm garden crossed by paved walkways and rich of plants and flowers. Here one can also find a playground for children and the 12.6 × 6.6 swimming pool with a paved sunbathing area.
The agriturismo is fully fenced and access is granted by a metal gate that leads to a series of secure parking spots.

It is also possible to create a golf court (a project has already been approved).
