This former Benedictine Badia (monastery) is situated amidst fields of golden sunflowers with views across rolling Umbrian hills.
The accommodation currently comprises 3 separate living areas. A large first floor (original farmhouse living ca. 300 sq. M.) which has been carefully renovated preserving many original features such as beamed ceilings, stone arches and terracotta floors and many other original features have been preserved in the house.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a library/sitting room, a large dining/living room and a typical farmhouse kitchen. All the windows in the farmhouse are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets and central heating has been installed.

The buildings are set in extensive, beautifully laid-out gardens (ca. 5000 sq. M.) with a swimming pool - measuring 12 x 6 metres, which is set in a sun drenched part of the garden and is surrounded by indigenous foliage and fruit trees, whilst a small olive grove is nearby.

The land is bounded by a secure fence with electronically operated entrance gates leading to the parking area.
