Stuart, the owner of the property says "We bought Il Poderone after viewing many properties in Tuscany. We were so impressed by the quality of the build, compared to other refurbished or traditional homes. We are sad to sell but we have recently invested in a larger property in Tuscany and hope the new owners will enjoy their time here as much as we have."
