Description of the buildings
The main farmhouse (372 sqm – 4,003 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) is a building dating back to 1272, as attested by the coats of arms visible on the buildings, and was originally part of a monastery. Entirely renovated between 2014 and 2017, the farmhouse now houses four independent apartments, all accessible directly from the outside thanks to the structure's positioning along the hillside. The ground-floor apartments have a large central communal area with a service bathroom, while the first-floor apartment is currently rented on a room-by-room basis.
