Description of the buildings, state and finishes
The building (900 sqm – 9,684 sqft) is laid over three floors, with separate accesses from both the ground and first floors.
On the lower level are a cocktail bar, the professional kitchen, a restaurant hall and the bathrooms for the staff. Right next to the kitchen, with independent access from outside, are several storages and depots for the products, including a loading/unloading area for the vehicles.
On the middle floor, accessed from outside, are an entry with welcoming room for the guests, two restaurant halls (105 sqm and 87 sqm) and the bathrooms for the guests.
On the last floor, reached via an internal staircase from the entry, is a huge hall with wooden beams currently used as a storage for equipment and tools, but easily converted into another restaurant hall.
