The property is home to one of the most important hunting reserves of the region. The estate is renowned for the yearly fox hunting session, the shooting competitions and the frequent events taking place here.

Description of the buildings
The main farmhouse (311 sqm – 3,346 sqft) is a rural masonry building, recently restored and in excellent condition. It is laid over three floors:
- Ground floor living room, kitchen and dining room.
- First floor three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace.
- Second floor three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The roads and paths crossing the estate are perfect for trekking and horse riding. It is interesting to note that no public road crosses the estate, which is also fully fenced.

The property also has a permit for hunting reserve (renewed in 2016 and with no expiration date) for wild boars, foxes, deer, pheasants, hares, partridges, thrushes, pigeons and woodcocks. There are natural springs of water, sixteen platforms for deer and boar hunting and four shooting station for pigeon hunting.
