Patricia and George Truelove found G W Truelove and Co in 1968, initially building in Saxilby, Welton and Lincoln. The company has gone from strength to strength and is currently building in various locations throughout Lincolnshire. Including Kirton Lindsey and Barrow upon Humber. Several name changes have occurred over the years. One of the first being watchlodge Ltd, which was formed by Pat and Georges three children eventually became Truelove Homes and GW Truelove changed its name to Truelove Property and Construction Ltd. The company expanded its business interests into property lettings and management by the termination of a management company called LMP city lets (now known as Premier City Lets) in 2005, which manages over 600 properties in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
