Spanning more than 1,000 acres, Coed Darcy (translated as Darcy’s Woodland) is one of the most significant regeneration projects currently underway in Wales.

What’s coming to Coed Darcy?

The Vale of Neath, known as ‘Waterfall Country’ and the stunning coastline of the Gower Peninsula are easily accessed from the town and offer incredible area’s of outstanding natural beauty. The city of Swansea and the seaside village of Mumbles are both short drives away and have always been popular days out for locals and tourists alike.

There’s so many things to do in the Neath/Port Talbot area, and whilst the focus may lean towards outdoor pursuits such as Walking, Cycling, Horse Riding and Water Sports, there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs for those looking for a more relaxing time. The town is also home to Neath RFC (‘The Welsh All-Blacks’), the oldest rugby club in Wales.
