Burnley, Accrington, and Blackburn are connected by the M65, a short distance to the north of the town. You've got a direct route from Darwen into Blackburn on the A666. The M65 goes on to join Junction 29 of the M6, and from there Preston is just one junction further north. With local facilities, including a famous market, fabulous walking country on the doorstep, and good transport links around north Lancashire, Darwen is a very good option for a new home.

If you enjoy getting out and about, why not take a stroll along Sunnyhurst Wood's seven miles of paths, all lead towards the 86ft-tall Darwen Tower, built at the end of the 1800s to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
