There are a range of great local schools in the area, for example Glencairn Primary and St Anthony's Primary. There's also Auchenharvie Academy 1.2 miles from Mayfield Farm and St Matthew's Academy 0.5 miles from Mayfields development.

Shopping

There's a great range of local amenities within walking distance of Mayfields, including Tesco Metro, Sainsburys, the Saltcoats Health Centre and the Rivergate Shopping Centre. The Rivergate Shopping Centre offers a range of high street brands - perfect for a shopping spree.

Transport

The site benefits from great transport links and easy access to the centre of Stevenston, Saltcoats and Ardrossan, known as The Three Towns. The A78 connects this group of towns with Kilwinning and Irvine. The new Dalry Bypass makes commuting to Glasgow and Paisley by car even easier. Glasgow is also within easy reach by train, with regular services to Glasgow Central.
