One of the most exciting placemaking projects in Europe, Barking Riverside will transform a former industrial site along the River Thames into a new London district that everyone can be proud of. Set on a 179ha site, alongside 2km of south facing Thames river frontage, the area is growing to become a vibrant neighbourhood of over 10,000 homes. Barking Riverside is a joint venture between L&Q and the Mayor of London.

Each home will bring together a perfect blend of comfort, architecture, design and impeccable eco-credentials, where you can live the life you want to live, and live it in style.

The current release of homes is at Fielders Crescent and is available through Shared Ownership. Please visit the L&Q development page for more information.
