The Harbour development is situated at the bottom of Evening Hill in a quiet no-through road and with direct watersedge access to travel by boat from your slipway into Poole Harbour.

Poole Harbour itself is the second largest natural harbour in the world (after Sydney) with many marinas capable of mooring the largest of yachts. Poole itself is the home of Sunseeker Marine.
