This development is one of the few residential developments available in Liverpool which offers such a high-end living experience so close to the city centre.
Liverpool boasts a large regional economy, of which tourism contributes in excess of £3.6 billion every year thanks to the vast array of attractions and amenities on offer.
A jewel in Liverpool's crown is the iconic Albert Dock, a collection of listed buildings along the River Mersey that has fast gained a reputation as the most visited multi-use attraction in the UK outside of London.
A City of Regeneration
Liverpool Waters is a large scale £5.5bn development that has been proposed by the Peel Group in the Vauxhall area of Liverpool, Merseyside, England. The development will make use of a series of presently derelict dock spaces at Central Docks, with much of the docks in a World Heritage Site.
This is an area north of Liverpool's historic Pier Head. It is the sister programme of the Wirral Waters project. Since 2012 the two projects have enjoyed enterprise zone status, together forming the Mersey Waters Enterprise Zone
HS2 is a new high-speed railway linking up London, the Midlands and the North, serving eight of Britain's 10 largest cities.
High-speed trains will travel between London and the North of England, delivering quicker journeys on more trains with more seats.
Phase One has a funding envelope of £45bn and will open between 2029 and 2033. Once operational, HS2 will serve over 25 stations connecting around 30 million people.
HS2 will significantly improve connectivity in the North and Midlands and will also integrate the existing network serving stations into Scotland, creating 500,000 extra jobs and 90,000 homes around HS2 stations.
Liverpool one is a shopping, residential, and leisure complex in Liverpool, England.
The project involved the re-development of 42 acres (170,000 m2) of land in the city centre.
It is a retail-led development anchored by department stores Debenhams and John Lewis, with additional elements including leisure facilities (such as a 14-screen Odeon cinema and 36-hole mini-golf centre), apartments, offices, public open spaces, restaurants, and transport improvements.
The completion of Liverpool one significantly boosted the local economy, while lifting Liverpool into the top five most popular retail destinations in the UK.
Sitting immediately next to the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme and within the city's Atlantic Corridor, Ten Streets is set to become a new "creativity district" for start-up creative businesses, including artists, independent creatives, makers and digital and technology sectors.
The scheme will see circa 125 acres of former dockland between the northern edge of the city centre to Bramley Moore Dock, transformed with up to 1 million square feet of development, delivering around 2,500 new jobs.
