How does this investment work?
This is an off-plan property. So you purchase the property via the floor plans at this stage and provide a reservation deposit to secure the property. It is then passed to independent solicitors to arrange exchange of contracts whereby a 30% deposit will be paid. During the build period we will keep you consistently updated and from completion (Q4 2019) we can help you to rent out your property or you can move in yourself.
Can I get a mortgage?
The initial 30% will need to be cash, however you can use a mortgage to pay the final 70% balance. Mortgages are subject to status and all lenders have their own criteria. The property is off plan so you will be required to exchange without a solid mortgage offer which is only valid for 6 months.
How can I rent it out?
